Custom Design Based on Site-Specific Energy Loads

To request a custom, confidential cogeneration feasibility assessment, please forward the information requested underneath the Modular CHP System photograph below.

{Note that the listed questions are designed to simply address two basic energy issues:

(1) How much electricity do you use?, and

(2) How much natural gas (or other fuel like biomass or fuel oil) do you use and what do you use it for (e.g. steam, hot water, etc.)?}

Site Energy Load Basics

NOTE:  The most accurate way for Cogentech to perform a practical site analysis is simply for you to forward copies of the last 12 monthly billing statements for both electric and gas utilities, along with a general verbal description of your site operations (e.g. 24 x 7).  With that information, we can then optimize 90% of the final design and present to you a comprehensive proposal within a matter of days.

1- Steam Load, if any
(pressure and flow rate, or alternatively gas (or biomass) usage for the boiler
which can be used to calculate approximate steam production)

2- Hot Water Load, if any
(temperature {supply & return} and flow rate, or alternatively gas (or biomass) usage for the boiler
which can be used to calculate approximate hot water production)

3 – Chilled Water Load, if any
(temperature {supply & return} and flow rate, or tonnage, or alternatively electric usage
for mechanical chillers which can be used to calculate approximate chilling load)

4 – Direct-Fired Dryer Load, if any
(Gas or other fuel usage and process drying temperature)

5 - Electricity Load
(kW or kWh per month or any similar units)

NOTE:  Don't forget to pass along site operating characteristics.  For example, "16 hours per day x 5 days per week at full load, and 1/2 Load the remainder of time, except for no operations on Sunday".
